Our Client Services team is growing! We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and personable Account Manager who is fearless in their pursuit to solve problems, and supports the Account Team across a portfolio of accounts. The Account Manager supports as a liaison between the client and the agency. They are responsible for fostering strong client relationships and making sure our clients’ needs are understood and met cross-functionally. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others and providing exceptional service, is very well-organized, and eager to contribute to a rock start team.
This role is uniquely positioned to work closely with other Client Services Team to support a portfolio of client business, and reports directly to the Director of Client Service.
What You’ll Do
- Account & Project Management: Co-manage timelines with the Creative Services team, development of project briefs, oversee creative development process/routing/approvals, scope/budget management, oversee ongoing reporting, development of post-campaign reports, file organization/file naming, meeting recaps and follow up.
- Client Service: Primary point of contact (varies by account), day-to-day timely and appropriate client communications, manage client expectations and deliverables, prepare and lead weekly status meeting on key accounts (including meeting notes and follow up tasks assignments), presenting social creative and strategy ideas, and collaborate and support external agency partners (e.g. PR, Paid Search)
- Account Management: Support Account Directors and Director of Client Service developing proposals/SOWs, budgets, hours allocation/management, and timeline management.
- Execute Social Media Deliverables : Manage and understand paid and organic strategy projects, creative development of ads, content, landing pages, newsletters, etc.
- Communicate & Present: Clearly represent account needs and priorities internally and with clients, work productively, respectfully and in coordination with all internal team members and management, effectively present to clients and internal stakeholders.
What you bring to the table
- Experience: 3-4 years in social media marketing or digital marketing agency with a strong knowledge of agency structure, workflows and project/account management or client-side experience working with agencies
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in the office 3-4x per week, as well as in a virtual workflow (utilizing project management and time tracking tools)
- Social Media Expertise: Highly engaged user of social media, curiosity and passion for the social space across all key platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc), deep knowledge of platform best practices across all major platforms, experience analyzing social media performance metrics and compiling/presenting performance reports

- Healthcare/Life Sciences/Beauty Experience (preferred): Experience managing social media for healthcare or medical device/regulated clients is a major plus
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrate experience in SAAS based project management programs (Asana or similar)
- Tech Knowledge: Mac based work system and full knowledge of Mac suite of programs (especially Keynote), experienced user of Slack and Google Business Systems (Google Drive/Docs), social media management tools (i.e. Sprout), content creation tools and apps (i.e. Canva)
Credentials:
- Any type of social media certifications or course completions are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications or visual arts
- Geographically Desirable: Located in Southern California or willing to relocate – our agency is located in Orange County, CA
